I wanted to let you all know that I am so impressed with the attention from Missouri furnace over these last 3-4 years. Your company put in a new boiler in 2016, and I have had a series of small problems ever since. Your employees came to check on the issues each time, trying to figure out why there was a leak or a malfunction. Most recently Carl worked on the problem, and he and I texted each morning for a week or two after, to be sure the problem was resolved. Finally, everything seems fine.
The company did not charge for these follow up visits, which I appreciate.

Wednesday we came home from
Wednesday we came home from work and our air was out. The house was 90 degrees. I called a neighbor with has had a new unit installed by your company and she referred you. A repair technician showed up with in 2 hours and fixed our unit to get us threw the night until he could come back with the exact part needed. The technician was awesome, friendly and professional. He even made friends with our Husky . We greatly appreciate the best service your company and techs provide and will highly recommend you to family and friends. Dear Missouri Furnace People: Thank you and Carl for your prompt and helpful furnace service. Carl discovered that two of the Rheem heating elements had “burned out”. He was able to replace them yesterday and we have had a “toasty” warm house since then. Thanks, you guys! Great quality service is as important as the product itself! The most excellent service…
Missouri Furnace provided us with the finest equipment and the most excellent service we could hope for. The inside temperature this summer has been comfortable and consistent throughout with a very minimal amount of input required from us. We are anxious to see and feel how well the system handles the coming winter.

We were very happy with our service and the professional manner that it was done. MO Furnace went out of their way to help us on a very hot summer day with our aging AC unit went out. It is a very good company. Honest people. They did a major job before and it went very well. The second is a service one but it didn’t go as expected and after few back and forth e-mails they didn’t charge for the service work. I really appreciate it.

Perfect
Our a/c was going out last year at the end of the summer. The unit we had was over 35 years old. So I started to shop around. It was a very frustrating process calling businesses and setting up consultations and meeting with them for estimates. We have very bad credit so this made the process even more difficult. All of the businesses seemed over priced even for being off season and each of them in turn were high pressure. We could not afford any of them so we decided to wait. So this past summer I started again. I finally came across Missouri Furnace and Air Conditioning. It turned out perfect. A local family owned business that has been around for a long time. Everybody I have dealt with there has been genuinely friendly and professional. We were able to get an a/c unit and furnace installed for what the other places were charging for just an a/c unit. Plus with them being local, the $ stays local. I highly recommend them for anyone who is in need of any kind of service done.
